What should I expect during the installation process?
Our team arrives on schedule, prepares the space, installs the flooring with precision, cleans up afterward, and conducts a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.
How do I prepare my space before installation?
We’ll provide you with pre-installation guidelines, but typically, you should clear the area of electronics and personal items to ensure a smooth and efficient installation. We also offer moving furniture and appliances as an option. * You are responsible for moving your own personal items and electronics.
Do you offer free estimates?
Customers can receive a free quote over the phone by providing their own measurements. Alternatively, we provide in-person measurement services for a fee, ensuring a more accurate assessment of your flooring needs.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer multiple payment options to suit your convenience, including cash, debit, credit cards, cashier's check, ACH (takes 3-5 Business days to clear) and popular money transfer apps such as Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Cash and Zelle. For cashier's checks, there is a 7-business day waiting period to ensure processing and clearance.
Do you offer warranties on your flooring products?
All of our installed products come with manufacturer warranties to safeguard your investment. It's essential for our customers to adhere to the provided guidelines and policies to ensure their warranties remain intact and fully effective.
What is the return or exchange policy for flooring products?
Please be aware that returned flooring materials will be subject to a restocking fee, and last-minute cancellations may incur an additional charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters to maintain the efficiency and quality of our services.
